Hi there! If you wanted to learn a little more about me, you've come to the right page!

I'm 32 years old. I've been playing guitar for about 18 years, since the age of 14. I took private lessons for many of my younger years from some great teachers, right up through high school. I then attended the University at Albany and received a BA in the fields of Communication and Music. I worked as a salesman at Guitar Center and then began teaching full time in 2008.

On the side, I like to work on and repair guitars and I have been apprenticing with local luthier and repair man Todd Dupuis since 2007.

As I stated on the home page, I mostly specialize in rock, jazz, and blues. Some of my favorite artists and influences include: Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree, Joe Satriani, Greg Howe, Eric Johnson, Paul Gilbert, Joe Bonamassa, Robben Ford, Larry Carlton, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Lester Young, Joe Pass, and many many more.
